- Helping with meals, medication, and daily routines
- Supporting individuals post-hospital discharge or during recovery
- Reducing isolation and helping reconnect with the community

- Willingness to work alternate weekends
- The right to work in the UK
- Drivers: A valid UK licence, your own vehicle & business insurance
