  • 30 hours of support = £372

  • Travel time (approx. 2.5h) = £31

  • 100 miles = £42
    Total = Up to £445/week – over £23,100 a year*

πŸ’™ Your Role as a Support Worker:

As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver person-centred care and support, helping people achieve their goals and maintain independence.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Supporting with personal care and emotional wellbeing

  • Creating and reviewing individualised Support Plans

  • Assisting with community activities and promoting social inclusion

  • Encouraging independent living and positive routines

  • Monitoring progress, keeping accurate records, and reporting concerns

  • Using a Positive Behaviour Support approach

You’ll be working with people recovering from illness, living with disabilities, or needing some extra help – and your support will make a real difference.

  • A valid UK driving licence, your own car & business insurance

  • A caring, motivated and reliable attitude

  • Good communication and organisation skills
