Role Overview: As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a vital link between our customers and care/support workers, ensuring that care is delivered to the highest standards. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, you’ll will also be required to participate in on-call duties on a rota basis, including at least every other weekend, for which you’ll receive enhanced pay of £15.97 per hour in addition to your salary. You may also be required to work outside of these hours to meet business needs. Your Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll take on a variety of key tasks, including:
You’ll be working out and about visiting customers and care workers in your assigned area along with supporting in and around, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth but will also work out of our Beccles head office.
