Support Worker Norwich


* We can offer you £10.00 per hour with an increased weekend rate £11.00, and up to £17.00 per hour on bank holidays*

*paid Mileage 30p a mile* 


We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and reliable individuals to join our teams delivering care to people living in their own homes.


You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker.


We have shifts available from 7am - 2.30 - 3.30 - 8pm shifts available daily except Thursday.


The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same!


Our customers are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same.


Additional duties will include:


  • personal care, which includes washing, dressing, eating and assisting with personal hygiene;
  • meal preparation;
  • administration of medication and other more complex interventions, depending on the level of your training;
  • encouraging and supporting customers with other activities;
  • completion of customer care logs.

Additionally, it would be beneficial (but not essential) if you have previous experience in the Care industry and you are a driver with clean UK driving licence.
